How to read the dashboard.
A citation needs a search
Answers that did not search the web are marked “Not grounded – excluded”. They do not count as citations.
A zero is not a measurement
No backlinks, no mentions, and no rank stay blank. The dashboard does not draw a trend from missing data.
Competitors are the ones you saved
Share of voice is that site plus its saved competitors. Branded prompts, where the question already names you, are left out.
